本アプリ「うみめぐり」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。本アプリはオフラインで完結する探索・図鑑アプリであり、当方は独自のサーバーを保有・運用していません。本アプリの舞台「青埜島水族館」は完全に架空の施設で、実在の水族館とは一切関係ありません。
This Privacy Policy explains how the “UMIMEGURI” app (“the App”) handles your information. The App is a fully offline exploration & field-guide app and we do not operate our own servers. “Aonoshima Aquarium” is an entirely fictional facility with no relation to any real aquarium.
1. 収集する情報 / Information We Collect
アプリ内データ / In-App Data
図鑑の発見記録・探索の進捗・設定・購入の解錠状態などのデータは、お客様の端末内（ローカルデータベース）にのみ保存されます。当方がこれらを取得・送信することはありません。
Data such as field-guide discoveries, exploration progress, settings and unlock states are stored only on your device. We do not collect or transmit them.
広告 / Advertising
本アプリは、広告配信のため Google AdMob を利用します（非パーソナライズ設定）。AdMob は広告識別子（デバイス ID）やアプリの利用状況などの情報を取得する場合があります。全館パスの購入により広告を非表示にできます。パノラマ探索画面には広告を表示しません。

The App uses Google AdMob (non-personalized), which may collect advertising identifiers and usage data. Ads can be removed by purchasing the Full Pass. No ads are shown inside the panorama walk view.
購入情報 / Purchases
アプリ内課金（全館パス。買い切りの非消耗型 1 種のみ）は、Apple App Store / Google Play を通じて処理されます。決済情報は各ストアが取り扱い、当方が取得することはありません。本アプリにはガチャ・有償通貨はありません。
The single in-app purchase (Full Pass — one-time, non-consumable) is processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play. Payment details are handled by the stores; we do not receive them. The App has no gacha and no paid virtual currency.
センサー / Sensors
「ジャイロで見回す」機能を有効にした場合、端末のジャイロセンサーの値を視点操作のためにのみ利用します。センサーデータが端末外へ送信されることはありません。
If you enable gyro look, gyroscope values are used only to control the camera. Sensor data never leaves your device.

3. 第三者提供 / Sharing
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様の情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。広告は上記サービス提供者のポリシーに従います。
We do not sell your information. Advertising is governed by the provider’s policy above.
4. 広告のパーソナライズ / Personalized Ads
本アプリの広告リクエストは非パーソナライズ設定で行います。広告のトラッキングは端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。
Ad requests are made in non-personalized mode. You can change ad tracking anytime in your device settings.
5. お子様のプライバシー / Children
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象に個人情報を収集することを目的としていません。アプリ内課金には保護者による使用制限（ペアレンタルコントロール）の利用を推奨します。
The App is not directed at collecting personal information from children. We recommend parental controls for in-app purchases.
6. 共有機能 / Sharing Feature
フォトモードの共有カードは端末上で画像として生成され、共有するかどうかはお客様の操作によります。当方が共有内容を取得することはありません。
Photo-mode share cards are generated as images on your device; sharing is entirely at your discretion. We do not access shared content.
7. 変更 / Changes
本ポリシーは予告なく変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページで告知します。
We may update this policy; significant changes will be posted on this page.
