「ツリログ」（以下「本アプリ」）は、釣果の記録と、潮汐・気象の確認を行うための個人用アプリです。本アプリはユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報について説明します。
1. 収集・保存する情報
- アカウント不要：本アプリはログインを必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を収集しません。
- 端末内データ：あなたが記録した釣果（魚種・サイズ・タックル等）、釣りポイント、写真、各種設定は、あなたの端末内のみに保存されます。開発者のサーバーには送信・保存されません。
- 写真：釣果に添付する写真は、あなたが選択・撮影したもののみを端末内に保存します。外部には送信しません。
- 位置情報：釣りポイントに現在地を登録する場合のみ、端末の位置情報を利用します。取得した座標は端末内に保存され、外部サーバーには送信されません。許可しない場合でも、位置情報なしで本アプリをご利用いただけます。
- 通知：大潮の到来などをお知らせするため、デバイスのローカル通知機能を利用します。通知内容は端末内で生成され、外部サーバーには送信されません。
2. 潮汐・気象データについて
- 潮回り（大潮・中潮など）と月相は、公開された天文計算に基づき端末内で算出します。潮位は主要分潮による理論推算（参考値）であり、実際の潮位・時刻は気象条件等で前後します。
- 気象情報は Open-Meteo（オープンデータ）から取得します。取得のため、選択した地点の緯度経度が Open-Meteo に送信されます。
- 魚種・釣期などの情報は一般に公開されている事実情報を参照用として収録したものです。
3. 第三者サービス
- Google AdMob（広告）：無料版では広告を表示します。広告配信のため、AdMob が広告識別子等を処理する場合があります。地域に応じて同意管理（UMP）の同意フォームを表示します。Pro へのご登録で広告は表示されません。
- Firebase Analytics（任意・利用統計）：機能改善のため匿名の利用状況を収集する場合があります。
- App Store / Google Play 課金：サブスクリプション（ツリログ Pro）の処理は各ストアが行います。

4. データの削除
記録・写真・ポイントはアプリ内でいつでも削除できます。アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存されたすべてのデータも削除されます。
5. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を収集しません。
6. 改定
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページで告知します。

“Tsurilog” (the “App”) is a personal app for logging fishing catches and checking tides and weather. We respect your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.
1. Information We Collect and Store
- No account required. The App does not require sign-in and does not collect personal information such as your name or email address.
- On-device data. Your catch records (species, size, tackle, etc.), fishing spots, photos, and settings are stored only on your device. They are not transmitted to or stored on the developer’s servers.
- Photos. Photos attached to catches are stored on your device only and are never uploaded.
- Location. The device location is used only when you choose to attach your current location to a fishing spot. Coordinates are stored on-device and not sent to our servers. The App works without location permission.
- Notifications. Local notifications (e.g., upcoming spring tides) are generated on-device and not sent to any server.
2. Tide and Weather Data
- Tide phase (e.g., spring/neap) and moon phase are computed on-device from public astronomical formulas. Tide heights are a theoretical estimate (reference only) based on principal harmonic constituents; actual heights and times may vary with weather and local conditions.
- Weather is retrieved from Open-Meteo (open data). The latitude/longitude of your selected location is sent to Open-Meteo for this purpose.
- Species and seasonal information are publicly available factual data, included for reference.
3. Third-Party Services
- Google AdMob (ads): the free version shows ads; AdMob may process advertising identifiers. A consent form (UMP) is shown where required. Ads are removed with Pro.
- Firebase Analytics (optional): anonymous usage statistics may be collected to improve the App.
- App Store / Google Play billing handles the Pro subscription.

4. Data Deletion
You can delete records, photos, and spots anytime in the App. Deleting the App removes all on-device data.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Changes
This policy may be updated as needed; significant changes will be announced here.
