本ポリシーは、モバイルアプリ「シンチカ」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。本アプリは完全オフラインで動作するように設計されています。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報など、あなたを直接特定できる情報を収集しません。以下のデータは端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーへ送信されることはありません（そもそもサーバーを運用していません）:

• プレイ記録: 踏破率（フォグ開放状況）、依頼のクリア状況とランク、タイムアタックの記録とリプレイ
• コレクション: 図鑑（出口・設備・隠しアイテム）と称号の獲得状況
• 設定: 旋回感度・描画品質などの環境設定
• 購入状態: 「全域解放パック」の購入済みフラグ

2. 位置情報について

本アプリは地図を題材としたゲームですが、端末の位置情報（GPS等）には一切アクセスしません。ゲーム内の移動はすべて仮想空間内のものです。

3. 広告

本アプリは Google AdMob による非パーソナライズ広告（トラッキングなし）のみを表示します。トラッキング許可（ATT）を要求せず、広告識別子をアプリ横断のトラッキングに使用しません。Google は広告の配信・計測のために限定的なデータ（デバイス識別子や広告表示に関する概略データ等）を処理する場合があります。詳細は Google の広告ポリシーをご覧ください。買い切りパック購入後は広告が表示されません。

4. アプリ内課金

購入処理は Apple App Store または Google Play が行います。当方がお支払い情報を受け取り・保存することはありません。

5. お子様について

本アプリは一般向けのゲームであり、13歳未満の児童を対象としたものではありません。

6. 地図データについて

本アプリの地下空間マップは、新宿駅周辺の公開情報を参考にした様式化されたオリジナルレイアウトです。実測オープンデータ（国土交通省「新宿駅周辺屋内地図オープンデータ」）を導入した際は、アプリ内クレジットに出典を明記します。本アプリは鉄道各社・施設管理者とは無関係の非公式ファンメイド作品であり、実際の駅構内と異なる場合があります。

SHINCHIKA — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application "SHINCHIKA" (the "App") handles information. The App is designed to work fully offline.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect your name, email, phone number, location, or any directly identifying information. The following is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers (we operate none):

• Play records: fog-of-war coverage, quest clears and ranks, time-attack records and replays.
• Collections: codex entries (exits, facilities, hidden items) and earned titles.
• Settings: turn sensitivity, render quality, and similar preferences.
• Purchase state: whether the one-time "Full Unlock Pack" has been purchased.

2. Location

Although the App is a map-themed game, it never accesses your device's location (GPS). All movement happens inside the virtual space.

3. Advertising

The App shows ads via Google AdMob as non-personalized ads (no tracking). It does not request tracking permission or use your advertising identifier for cross-app tracking. Google may process limited data (such as a device identifier and coarse ad interaction data) solely to deliver and measure ads. See the Google Advertising policy. Ads are removed after purchasing the unlock pack.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment details.

5. Children

SHINCHIKA is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13.

6. Map Data

The underground map in the App is a stylized original layout inspired by public information about the Shinjuku Station area. When surveyed open data (MLIT "Shinjuku Station Area Indoor Map Open Data") is incorporated, attribution will be shown in the in-app credits. This is an unofficial fan-made app, unaffiliated with any railway company or facility operator; the in-game space may differ from the actual station.
