本アプリ「ピタバス」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。本アプリはオフラインで完結するゲームであり、当方は独自のサーバーを保有・運用していません。本アプリは架空都市「あさひ市」を舞台としたゲームで、実在のバス事業者・路線・車両とは一切関係ありません。
This Privacy Policy explains how the “PITABUS” app (“the App”) handles your information. The App is a fully offline game and we do not operate our own servers. The App is set in the fictional city of “Asahi” and is not affiliated with any real bus operator, route or vehicle.
1. 収集する情報 / Information We Collect
アプリ内データ / In-App Data
運転記録・スコア・ベスト記録、称号、購入したパックの解錠状態、設定などのゲームデータは、お客様の端末内（ローカルデータベース）にのみ保存されます。当方がこれらを取得・送信することはありません。
Game data such as run records, scores, best results, titles, unlocked packs and settings are stored only on your device. We do not collect or transmit them.
広告 / Advertising
本アプリは、広告配信のため Google AdMob を利用します（非パーソナライズ設定・バナー広告なし）。AdMob は広告識別子（デバイス ID）やアプリの利用状況などの情報を取得する場合があります。パック等の購入により広告を非表示にできます。

The App uses Google AdMob (non-personalized, no banners), which may collect advertising identifiers and usage data. Ads can be removed by purchasing any pack or the ad-removal item.
購入情報 / Purchases
アプリ内課金（路線パック・広告解除。いずれも買い切りの非消耗型）は、Apple App Store / Google Play を通じて処理されます。決済情報は各ストアが取り扱い、当方が取得することはありません。本アプリにはガチャ・有償通貨はありません。
In-app purchases (route packs and ad removal — all one-time, non-consumable) are processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play. Payment details are handled by the stores; we do not receive them. The App has no gacha and no paid virtual currency.
2. 利用目的 / How We Use Information
- 運転ゲーム・記録・共有機能の提供 / To provide driving, records and sharing features
- 広告の表示（無料利用時）/ To display advertisements (free tier)
- 品質・利便性の向上 / To improve quality and usability
3. 第三者提供 / Sharing
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様の情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。広告は上記サービス提供者のポリシーに従います。
We do not sell your information. Advertising is governed by the provider’s policy above.
4. 広告のパーソナライズ / Personalized Ads
本アプリの広告リクエストは非パーソナライズ設定で行います。EU 等の地域では、初回起動時に同意管理（UMP）画面を表示する場合があります。広告のトラッキングは端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。
Ad requests are made in non-personalized mode. In applicable regions a consent screen (UMP) may be shown on first launch. You can change ad tracking anytime in your device settings.
5. お子様のプライバシー / Children
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象に個人情報を収集することを目的としていません。アプリ内課金には保護者による使用制限（ペアレンタルコントロール）の利用を推奨します。
The App is not directed at collecting personal information from children. We recommend parental controls for in-app purchases.
6. 共有機能 / Sharing Feature
リザルトの共有カードは端末上で画像として生成され、共有するかどうかはお客様の操作によります。当方が共有内容を取得することはありません。
Result share cards are generated as images on your device; sharing is entirely at your discretion. We do not access shared content.
7. 変更 / Changes
本ポリシーは予告なく変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページで告知します。
We may update this policy; significant changes will be posted on this page.
