本アプリ「PENTACHROMA（ペンタクロマ）」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めます。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリはユーザー登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人を直接特定する情報を収集しません。コレクションやデッキ等のデータは端末内（ローカル）にのみ保存されます。一方、広告配信および利用状況の分析のために、以下のサードパーティが匿名の情報（広告識別子・端末情報・アプリの利用イベント等）を取得する場合があります。

取得した情報は、広告の表示・最適化、アプリの品質改善および不具合の把握のために利用します。

3. 広告について

本アプリはGoogle AdMobによる広告（バナー・インタースティシャル・リワード）を表示します。広告のパーソナライズや同意管理は、お住まいの地域に応じて表示される同意フォーム（UMP）に従います。買い切りのProを購入すると広告は表示されません。詳しくは Googleのプライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。

4. 第三者提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。

5. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは特定の個人情報を意図的に収集しません。お子様の利用に懸念がある場合は下記までご連絡ください。

The App shows Google AdMob ads (banner, interstitial, rewarded). Ad personalization and consent follow the consent form (UMP) shown according to your region. Purchasing the one-time Pro removes ads. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.

We do not sell or provide collected information to third parties except as required by law.

5. Children's Privacy
