本アプリ「オリタツ」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。本アプリは完全に端末内で完結する駅の記録・図鑑アプリであり、当方は独自のサーバーを保有・運用していません。乗降履歴・位置情報などの機微な情報を外部に送信することは一切ありません。
This Privacy Policy explains how the “ORITATSU” app (“the App”) handles your information. The App is a fully on-device station-record and encyclopedia app; we operate no servers and never transmit your travel history or location off your device.
1. 収集する情報 / Information We Collect
交通系ICカードの読み取り / IC Card Reading (NFC)
本アプリは、お客様の交通系ICカードを端末にかざしたとき、カードの認証不要の自由領域に記録された直近の利用履歴（日付・入出場駅コード・残額・通番）を読み取ります。読み取りは使用時のみ行い、カードへの書き込み・改変は一切行いません。取得した履歴はお客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。カード固有番号（IDm）はそのまま保存せず、ハッシュ化した値のみを重複判定に用います。
When you tap your transit IC card, the App reads the recent usage history (date, station codes, balance, sequence number) stored in the card's authentication-free area. Reading occurs only on demand; the App never writes to or modifies the card. History is stored only on your device. The card ID (IDm) is never stored raw — only a hashed value is used for de-duplication.
位置情報 / Location
「チェックイン」機能では、近くの駅を記録するために、その操作を行ったその時の現在地を1回だけ取得します。バックグラウンドでの継続的な測位・追跡は行いません。取得した位置は駅の判定に使われ、端末内にのみ保存されます。
The “Check-in” feature obtains your current location once, at the moment you tap it, to record nearby stations. There is no background or continuous tracking. Location is used to match a station and is stored only on your device.
アプリ内データ / In-App Data
収集した駅、訪問記録、乗車台帳、称号、設定などのデータは、すべてお客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。当方がこれらを取得・送信することはありません。
Collected stations, visit records, the ride ledger, titles and settings are all stored only on your device. We do not collect or transmit them.
広告 / Advertising
本アプリは、広告配信のため Google AdMob を利用します（非パーソナライズ設定）。AdMob は広告識別子（デバイス ID）等を取得する場合があります。Pro（買い切り）の購入により広告を非表示にできます。トラッキング許可（ATT）は求めません。

The App uses Google AdMob (non-personalized), which may collect advertising identifiers. Ads can be removed by purchasing Pro. The App does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.
コンテンツ更新 / Content Updates
駅マスタ・駅コード表の更新のため、公開 CDN（jsDelivr / GitHub 経由）から静的な JSON ファイルを取得することがあります。この通信はファイルの取得のみで、お客様の情報を送信するものではありません。オフラインでもアプリは同梱データで完全に動作します。
To update station data, the App may fetch static JSON files from a public CDN (jsDelivr / GitHub). This is a download only and sends none of your information. The App works fully offline using bundled data.
購入情報 / Purchases
アプリ内課金（オリタツ Pro。買い切りの非消耗型）は、Apple App Store / Google Play を通じて処理されます。決済情報は各ストアが取り扱い、当方が取得することはありません。本アプリにガチャ・有償通貨はありません。
In-app purchases (ORITATSU Pro — a one-time, non-consumable item) are processed by the App Store / Google Play. Payment details are handled by the stores; we do not receive them. The App has no gacha and no paid virtual currency.
2. 利用目的 / How We Use Information
- 駅の記録・図鑑・共有機能の提供 / To provide station-record, encyclopedia and sharing features
- 広告の表示（無料利用時）/ To display advertisements (free tier)
- 品質・利便性の向上 / To improve quality and usability
3. 第三者提供 / Sharing
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者情報を第三者に提供しません。移動履歴・位置情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。
We do not share user information with third parties except as required by law. We never share or sell your travel history or location.
4. データの削除 / Deleting Data
アプリの設定からデータを削除できるほか、アプリをアンインストールすることで端末内のすべてのデータが削除されます。
You can delete data from the app's settings, and uninstalling the App removes all on-device data.
5. 商標 / Trademarks
Suica・PASMO・TOICA・manaca・ICOCA・Kitaca・SUGOCA・nimoca・はやかけん・SAPICA は各社の登録商標です。本アプリは各交通事業者との提携・監修を示すものではありません。駅データは国土数値情報（国土交通省）に基づきます。
Suica, PASMO, TOICA, manaca, ICOCA, Kitaca, SUGOCA, nimoca, Hayakaken and SAPICA are registered trademarks of their respective owners. This App is not affiliated with or endorsed by any transit operator. Station data is based on the National Land Numerical Information (MLIT, Japan).
6. お子様のプライバシー / Children's Privacy
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象に個人情報を収集する設計ではありません。広告は非パーソナライズ設定で配信されます。
The App is not designed to collect personal information from any specific age group. Ads are served as non-personalized.
