Nyameme（ニャミーム）（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人開発者 ookura（以下「当方」）が提供する猫ミーム作成アプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 収集する情報

あなたの写真・動画

本アプリは、あなたが選んだ写真をミーム作成のために使用します。これらの画像はあなたの端末内でのみ処理され、当方のサーバーに送信されることはありません。作成した作品（動画・サムネイル）と登録した猫の情報は、あなたの端末内にのみ保存されます。あなたの写真を当方が閲覧・収集したり、AIの学習に使用することはありません。

アカウント情報

本アプリの利用にアカウント登録は不要です。当方が氏名やメールアドレスを取得することはありません（お問い合わせをいただいた場合を除く）。

広告（Google AdMob）

本アプリは無料版で Google AdMob による広告を表示します。AdMob は広告配信のために広告識別子等の情報を収集する場合があります。EEA・英国等では、広告の同意管理（UMP）画面を表示します。詳しくは Google プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。Pro（買い切り）を購入すると広告は表示されません。

解析（Firebase Analytics）

本アプリは利用状況の把握のために Firebase Analytics を使用する場合があります。収集される情報は匿名の集計データで、個人を特定するものではありません。

購入

Pro の購入は App Store / Google Play を通じて処理されます。当方がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を受け取ることはありません。

2. 情報の利用目的

• ミームの作成・保存・共有という本アプリの機能の提供
• 広告の表示（無料版）
• 不具合の改善・品質向上

3. 第三者提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、あなたの個人情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。広告・解析・課金の各機能は、上記の各事業者（Google / Apple）のサービスを通じて提供されます。

4. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。

5. あなたの選択

• 広告のパーソナライズは、同意管理画面や端末の広告設定から変更できます。
• アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存された作品・猫の情報・設定は削除されます。

6. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページで告知します。

Nyameme (the “App”) is a cat‑meme maker provided by an individual developer, ookura (“we”). This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Information we handle

Your photos and videos

The App uses photos you select to create memes. These images are processed only on your device and are never sent to our servers. Finished memes (videos and thumbnails) and saved cat profiles are stored only on your device. We do not view, collect, or use your photos to train any AI.

Account

No account is required. We do not collect your name or email address (unless you contact us).

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version shows ads via Google AdMob, which may collect advertising identifiers and similar data to serve ads. In the EEA, UK and similar regions we present a consent (UMP) screen. See the Google Privacy Policy. Buying Pro removes ads.

Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

The App may use Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous usage. It does not identify you personally.

Purchases

Pro purchases are processed by the App Store / Google Play. We never receive your payment details.

2. How we use information

• To provide the App’s features (creating, saving, and sharing memes)
• To show ads (free version)
• To fix bugs and improve quality

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal information except as required by law. Ads, analytics, and billing are provided through the services of the providers above (Google / Apple).

4. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13.

5. Your choices

• You can change ad personalization via the consent screen or your device’s ad settings.
• Deleting the App removes locally stored memes, cat profiles, and settings.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page.
