ミチビト プライバシーポリシー

本アプリ「ミチビト」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報について説明します。

1. 対象年齢

本アプリは18歳以上の方を対象としています。初回起動時に年齢確認を行います。

2. 位置情報（端末外へ送信しません）

散歩の軌跡を描くために位置情報を利用します。取得した位置情報・軌跡は端末内のデータベースにのみ保存され、当社や第三者のサーバーへ送信されることは一切ありません（送信する仕組み自体を実装していません）。軌跡から生成される一筆アート画像は正規化された座標のみで描画され、実際の緯度経度・地名・地図を含みません。既定で軌跡の開始・終了地点を自動的にマスクします。

3. Bluetooth（すれ違い検知）

散歩セッション中に、近くの散歩仲間を検知するためにBluetooth Low Energy（BLE）を利用します。検知・カード交換は電波が直接届く相手との端末間通信のみで行われ、サーバーを経由しません。交換されるのはニックネーム・アバター・散歩スタイルタグ・端末内で生成したランダムIDのみで、位置情報や連絡先は含まれません。

4. 歩数・モーション

歩数計測のために端末のモーションセンサーを利用します。これらのデータも端末内にのみ保存されます。

5. 連絡機能はありません

本アプリにはチャット・DM・フレンド・フォロー等の連絡機能が一切ありません。会話はすべて現実世界で行われます。

6. 広告（AdMob）

本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を、散歩終了サマリー画面でのみ表示することがあります。広告は非パーソナライズ広告として配信されます。詳細はGoogleの広告ポリシーをご確認ください。

7. アプリ内課金

買い切りの「ミチビトPLUS」を提供します。決済は Apple App Store / Google Play を通じて行われ、当社が決済情報を取得することはありません。

8. 通報・ブロック

すれ違い図鑑のカードから、不適切な相手を端末内でブロックできます。通報時は、相手の端末内ランダムIDと日時を添えて開発者宛メールが作成されます（送信はユーザーの操作によります）。

Michibito Privacy Policy

"Michibito" (the "App") is designed with privacy as the top priority. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Age

The App is intended for people aged 18 and over. An age check is shown on first launch.

2. Location (never leaves your device)

Location is used to draw your walk trail. Collected location and trail data are stored only in an on-device database and are never sent to us or any third party — there is no transmission mechanism in the code. The one-stroke artwork generated from a trail is drawn from normalized coordinates only and contains no real latitude/longitude, place names, or maps. The start and end of each trail are masked by default.

3. Bluetooth (crossing paths)

During a walk session, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) is used to detect nearby walkers. Detection and card exchange happen only via direct device-to-device radio, never through a server. Only a nickname, avatar, walking-style tags, and a locally generated random ID are exchanged — no location or contact information.

4. Steps / Motion

The device motion sensor is used to count steps. This data is also stored only on your device.

5. No contact features

The App has no chat, DM, friend, or follow features. All conversation happens in the real world.

6. Ads (AdMob)

The App may show Google AdMob ads on the walk summary screen only, delivered as non-personalized ads. See Google's ad policies.

7. In-app purchase

A one-time "Michibito PLUS" purchase is offered. Payment is handled by the Apple App Store / Google Play; we never receive your payment details.

8. Report / Block

You can block an inappropriate person on-device from their encounter card. Reporting drafts an email to the developer with the person's on-device random ID and a timestamp (sending is user-initiated).
