1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・広告識別子など、 あなた個人を特定しうる情報を一切収集しません。 以下はすべて端末内にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されることはありません。

• 毎日の入力値（睡眠時間・ストレス・活動量・人との関わり）
• そこから計算されたスコアと日付
• 連続記録日数と、初回説明を読み終えたかどうか

これらはアプリを削除すると端末から消えます。当方が復元することはできません。アプリ内の「このアプリについて」から、記録だけをまとめて削除することもできます。

2. 広告・アプリ内課金・解析について

本アプリは完全無料で、広告の表示、アプリ内課金、 アクセス解析・行動計測のいずれも行いません。広告SDK・課金SDK・解析SDKは アプリに組み込まれていません。

3. 通信について

本アプリはネットワーク通信を行いません。オフラインのまますべての機能が動作します。

4. 第三者への提供

当方は利用者情報を取得していないため、第三者に提供する情報がありません。

5. 医療に関する注意

本アプリは医療的助言を提供するものではありません。表示されるスコアや文言は、入力値から機械的に算出した目安であり、診断・治療・投薬の判断に用いることはできません。つらさが続くときは医療機関にご相談ください。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層から個人情報を収集する設計ではありません。 そもそも個人情報を収集しません。

本ポリシーを変更した場合は、本ページの最終更新日を改めます。

1. Information We Handle

The App collects no personally identifying information — no name, email, phone number, location, contacts or advertising identifier. The following are stored only on your device and are never transmitted.

• Your daily inputs (sleep, stress, activity, time with people)
• The score calculated from them, and the date
• Your streak count and whether you have finished the intro

Deleting the App removes them from your device. We cannot restore them. You can also delete all records at once from "About this app" inside the App.

2. Ads, In-App Purchases and Analytics

The App is entirely free. It shows no advertising, offers no in-app purchases and performs no analytics or behavioural tracking. No advertising, billing or analytics SDK is built into the App.

3. Network Use

The App makes no network requests at all. Every feature works offline.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We hold no user information, so there is nothing for us to share.

5. Not Medical Advice

The App does not provide medical advice. The score and wording it shows are calculated mechanically from what you enter and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment or medication decisions. If difficult feelings persist, please consult a medical professional.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed to collect personal information from any age group — it collects none at all.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date on this page will change with it.
