This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application "Draw My State" (the "App") handles information. We respect your privacy and designed the App to work fully offline.
The App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any directly identifying information. The following data is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers (we operate none):
The App is designed to be self-contained. Map outlines and statistics are bundled inside the App. No sync or account service communicates with our servers. Network requests occur only for advertising and in-app purchases through the third-party services described below.
The App shows rewarded ads via Google AdMob. Ads are served as non-personalized ads (no tracking); we do not target ads based on your interests, and the App does not request tracking permission or use your advertising identifier for cross-app tracking. Google may process limited data (such as a device identifier and coarse ad interaction data) solely to deliver and measure ads. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Optional one-time purchases (state packs) are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. Purchase status is verified through the store and cached on your device to restore your unlocks.
The App is a general-audience game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because no personal data is collected, no such data about children is gathered.
Statistics shown in the App are derived from publicly available U.S. government and public data (e.g., USDA NASS, NOAA, USGS, U.S. Census Bureau). Map outlines are stylized and provided for entertainment; the App is not an official map.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
